Positive Birth Program
One of the things I love about the Positive Birth Program by Hypnobirthing Australia is that it is incredibly inclusive and has benefits for all families, no matter the birth they are planning for. All of the knowledge, tools and techniques can be applied for all types of births. A Positive Birth experience is all about feeling confident in your ability to make informed choices and decisions along the way that leave you and your birth partner feeling like respected, empowered and active participants in your birth experience.
Below is an outline of all of the things we cover in our 2 day Positive Birth Program group classes! As you can see, the hypnosis or "deep relaxation" aspect is just one of the many tools and techniques taught in the group classes.
